Biography
Bethan Ryder is news and travel editor of Living etc magazine. She has published four books on restaurant, bar and club design, the last was New Restaurant Design (2007, Laurence King Publishing). Prior to joining Livingetc she was a freelance journalist writing for publications such as Wallpaper, Sunday Times Style and Interior Design (US) and editor of a quarterly inflight magazine. She is also a former editor of bar and drinks bible, Class magazine.
