NBD/ Sales position
The Restaurant & Bar Design Awards are seeking to appoint a self-motivated, confident and articulate individual to fulfil a role in New Business Development/Sales. The position may be full or part-time. The successful individual will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities in the UK and abroad for not only the Awards, but also several new design led products and projects. Though initially the candidate will shadow the MD (at the Awards office in Camarthen, South Wales), working hours and arrangements will become more flexible once an understanding of the requirements of the business has been achieved.
The successful individual will have a passion for contemporary design and knowledge of the business of contemporary design. This is a chance to help build the company from the ground up, in one of the most competitive and challenging industries. The salary package is a combination of basic plus commission and will be commensurate with experience.

Internship
The Restaurant & Bar Design Awards is seeking an intern with a passion and knowledge of contemporary design. The successful applicant will be working under the instruction and supervision of the MD in the Awards office in Carmarthen, South Wales. The successful applicant's main role will be to research and identify the best hospitality openings and their designers worldwide. Other tasks will include graphic and 3D design, preparation of proposals, networking and general event planning.
The right candidate will be highly motivated, flexible and show superb communication skills. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a unique and globally expanding design led organisation, and a possible stepping stone to full-time employment. Candidates should be available for a minimum of three months (full or part time). The internship is unpaid, although a daily allowance for travel and expenses will be provided.
