I cannot log in, what do I do?

If you are sure you have already registered then there are two issues that can cause your login attempt to fail:

1. You have not confirmed your registration (an email with instructions was sent to the email address you registered with)
2. Your password is incorrect

In either circumstance please contact us and we can either confirm you manually or reset your password.

Is it free to enter?

Yes.

How can I prepare images so they meet the guidelines?

You will need up to six good quality images of your project. Images must be JPEG format and no bigger than 1MB in size and no bigger than 1600 pixels by 1600 pixels. IMPORTANT NOTE: Unlike last year, images can be of any dimension, the only proviso is that they are under 1MB in filesize.

Making an entry

How many projects can I enter?

You can enter as many as you like, however please ensure that they are entered in collaboration with the restaurant / bar and designer.

I want to enter a restaurant or bar that is outside the UK?

If you meet all other entry guidelines, you may enter into the international category.

I am not based in the UK but the restaurant/bar that I wish to enter is. Can I enter?

If you meet all other entry guidelines, you may enter into any of the categories apart from the international category.

I still am having problems making an entry, what do I do?
