Biography
As a senior creative director challenging conventions, directing and inspiring change from initial briefs through to implementation, Joe has been awarded with over 25 major design awards and had 9 granted patents. Whilst Head of Design for Virgin Atlantic Airways he was best known for the relaunch of Virginʼs Upper Class cabin and later its brand and identity. Now as SVP of Global Design and Guest Experience for Intercontinental Hotels Group he is bringing 7 different brands to life through innovation, design and guest experience, whilst also collaborating on the definition of new brands for the future.
