Biography
Dr. Hai Jun got the Bachelor in Design and Master in Design from Tsinghua University, then he received PhD degree in Design Management from Central Academy of Fine Arts and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a post-doctoral fellow and researcher of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University since graduated, and also teaching at Central Academy of Fine Arts as associate professor. Dr. Hai is the chief editor of four magazines: 'Frame China', 'Mark China', 'Design Management China' and 'Design'. He is an expert of design management and branding direction, city innovation and urban design, and published five academic research books: China Fashion 60 Years; Design at Edge; The Power of Design: The Influence of Culture; The Shape of City; Everyday Life Critique of Modern Design.
Design Excellence
Excellent design is about "people meets in design", and about human beings how to live on the land romantically. Design excellence focus on poetic, sustainable, morality, aesthetic and functional quality. However, Good design always wanders off the beaten track to deal with all kinds of issues and problems that can be creative, valuable, and meaningful.
